Your Business Pty Ltd operates chrishanfit.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill in a form or book a call we collect the details you give us: your name, email address and mobile number, and your answers to the questions on the form. We also collect standard web analytics and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which one.

How we use it

• To contact you about the call you booked or the resource you asked for.
• To prepare for your call using the answers you gave.
• To send you information about our coaching, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To measure which of our advertising is working.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and our booking calendar. Where you arrived from an advertisement, a record of the enquiry may be shared with the advertising platform (Meta) in hashed form to measure that advertising. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, the call you booked and our coaching. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing chris@chancoaching.com. Every marketing email and text we send includes a way to opt out.
